Are these scooters street legal?
The City Cobra, City Cobra Trike 3-Wheel, and City Cruiser scooters are all street legal. Once purchased, MI EV Riders will provide the manufacturer’s certificate of origination and serial number so that you may obtain a moped registration from the Michigan Secretary of State.
How do I charge my scooter?
All scooters can be charged with by plugging them into a standard 120v household outlet. Charging times will vary from 6-8 hours to reach a full charge.
How do I proceed with an order?
Please fill out a contact form or call (517) 715-5050 to place your order. A 50% deposit will be due upon placing the order, and the balance will be due upon delivery.
Where can I find more information about warranties?
All warranties are through the manufacturer. The standard warranty policy can be found here, and the extended warranty policy can be found here.
I placed an order. How long until I can expect my scooter to arrive?
The current lead time for all models is 4-6 weeks. The scooters will be delivered to our storefront at 590 W. Grand River, Fowlerville MI 48836. You will receive be notified when your order is in and ready for pickup.
What is the return policy?

Do you provide repairs?
MI EV Riders is an authorized Hyp Motors service center. In order to schedule assistance with a repair, please call (517) 715-5050.
